Our Story

Leaderwork Coaching 

In 2023 we are launching our Leaderwork Coaching model and method. It is time to challenge the prevailing thinking in Management and Leadership development.  Especially for professionals transitioning in their careers to more senior roles.

Core EQ was established 5 years ago to offer Personal and Professional Development Coaching.  We coach people who want to develop their career and interpersonal skills. If you would like to know more click here

Our senior consultant Dr Deborah Hann has worked in law, finance and higher education fields.  In her PhD she developed the concepts of Leaderwork and Legal Working Culture.  We want to share the insights from this research to help others build more resilient and successful careers. Our methods apply to any professional employed in an organisation.

Recognising the Work You Do

By reframing the experience of work into visible and invisible work we aim to contribute a richer dialogue about what work is recognised and why. And to examine the benefits for both the individual employee and their workplace in recognising and appreciating the invisible [better] work, Leaderwork, a person performs.

In doing this we will challenge some of the prevailing views about the value of original academic research in the field of legal professional development and continuing legal education. We look forward to engaging in dialogue with you and your colleagues about these important issues.
